Post it. We price it.
You choose who drives.
2 Move It connects dealers moving stock between forecourts with approved transporters, at one flat, all-inclusive price of £1.75 a mile — no fees added on top for the dealer, ever.
From forecourt to forecourt in four steps.
Every job follows the same manifest, whether it's one car or a batch of trade-ins.
Post the job
Enter collection and delivery addresses, vehicle details and your required dates. We calculate the mileage — and the price.
Transporters respond
Approved transporters see the job on their board, already priced at £1.75/mile, and put themselves forward with their availability.
Choose & accept
Compare availability, not price — every response costs the same, already including the 2moveit fee — and accept the one that suits you.
Track to delivery
Follow the job through collection, transit and delivery, with photo proof at both ends.
One flat price for dealers. A simple cut for us.
The 2moveit fee is built into the £1.75-a-mile rate rather than added on top — the number a dealer sees is exactly what they pay. Our 20% fee comes out of the transporter's side, not on top of the dealer's price.

We've been moving cars long before we built the platform.
2moveit.co.uk is built and run by brothers James and Jonathan Vaughan, who bring more than 30 years of combined experience in the motor trade to every part of the platform.
Before 2moveit, James and Jonathan founded Trade 2 Trade, an award-winning vehicle transport platform that's been connecting dealers with vetted transporters since 2019. That's given them a rare vantage point — years of seeing, first-hand, what makes vehicle logistics work and exactly where it usually breaks down.
2moveit takes that experience and builds on it: a fair, fixed price on every job instead of a race to the bottom, transporters who are properly vetted before they ever see a job, and a price that's honest about the fee from the first moment you see it. It's the platform we always wanted to use ourselves.

Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of 2moveit.co.uk (the "Platform", "we", "us"). By registering for an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. About these terms
2moveit operates an online marketplace connecting vehicle dealers and traders ("Dealers") with independent vehicle transport providers ("Transporters") who carry out vehicle collection and delivery jobs ("Jobs") at a fixed, mileage-based price.
2. What 2moveit is — and isn't
2moveit is a marketplace and booking platform. We are not a haulage, courier, or transport company, and we do not ourselves collect, carry, or deliver any vehicle. Every Job is carried out under a direct contract between the Dealer and the Transporter awarded that Job. 2moveit is not a party to that contract and is not liable for the performance of the transport itself — see Section 9 (Liability and Insurance) for what this means in practice.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be 18 or over and able to form a binding contract to register.
- Dealer accounts are for trade users (dealers, traders, fleet operators) posting genuine vehicle movement jobs, not private individuals moving a single personal vehicle, unless we've agreed otherwise.
- Transporter accounts must be operated by a business or self-employed individual with the appropriate licences, insurance and vehicles to carry out vehicle transport lawfully.
- You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login credentials secure.
4. Becoming an approved Transporter
- Every Transporter must apply and be approved before they can view or respond to Jobs. We review company details, insurance documents, and (where applicable) operator licences before approving an account.
- Approval is at our discretion. We may suspend or remove a Transporter's approval at any time, including if insurance lapses, documents expire, or we receive credible complaints about their conduct.
- Being approved is not a guarantee or endorsement of a Transporter's work — Dealers should still use their own judgement when accepting a response.
5. Posting a Job
- Dealers post Jobs with accurate collection and delivery details, vehicle information, and any special instructions. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you post, including vehicle condition and mileage, since this determines the fixed price.
- Posting a Job is not a binding commitment to accept any Transporter's response. You can leave a Job open, edit it, or cancel it at any time before you accept.
6. Pricing and accepting a response
- Every Job is priced automatically at £1.75 per mile, based on the calculated driving distance between the collection and delivery addresses. This is the fixed, all-inclusive price for that Job — Transporters do not set their own price, and any 2moveit platform fee is included within this rate rather than added on top.
- Approved Transporters can put themselves forward on any open Job, stating their availability. The price shown to a Dealer is the full amount they will pay — there is no separate fee line added at acceptance.
- Once a Dealer accepts a Transporter's response, a contract for that Job's transport is formed directly between the Dealer and the Transporter, at the fixed price already shown. 2moveit facilitates this but is not a party to it.
- Both Dealers and Transporters should treat an accepted response as a firm commitment; repeated cancellation after acceptance may result in account restrictions.
7. Fees and payment
- 2moveit charges a 20% platform fee on each Job, taken from the Transporter's share of the price. Dealers are not charged any additional fee — the quoted £1.75/mile price is exactly what a Dealer pays, with nothing added.
- The platform fee percentage and the per-mile rate may change from time to time; we'll give reasonable notice before any change applies to new Jobs.
- Payment for an accepted Job is collected from the Dealer through the Platform at the point of acceptance, and the Transporter's share — the quoted price less our platform fee — is paid out once the Job is confirmed complete.
- All prices are shown in GBP and, where applicable, include VAT.
8. Cancellations
- A Dealer may cancel a Job before a Transporter's response is accepted at no cost.
- Cancelling after a response has been accepted may be subject to a cancellation charge payable to the Transporter, reflecting time or costs already committed (e.g. a driver already en route). Any applicable charge will always be shown before you confirm a cancellation.
- A Transporter who cancels an accepted Job without reasonable cause may face account restrictions and, at our discretion, be required to cover reasonable costs the Dealer incurs in re-booking the Job.
9. Liability and insurance
- Every Transporter must hold valid goods-in-transit insurance covering the full value of vehicles they carry, and must provide evidence of this as part of approval.
- Responsibility for the safe collection, transport and delivery of a vehicle rests with the Transporter carrying it out, under their own insurance — not with 2moveit.
- 2moveit is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or other issue arising from the transport of a vehicle. Our role is limited to operating the marketplace that connects Dealers and Transporters.
- If something goes wrong during a Job, claims should be directed to the Transporter and their insurer in the first instance. Contact us if you need help escalating a dispute — see Section 12.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
10. Conduct and prohibited use
- Don't use the Platform to arrange transport outside it in order to avoid our fees, once a Job has been introduced through it.
- Don't post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about a vehicle, Job, or your business.
- We may suspend or terminate any account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users or the Platform.
11. Data protection
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, including the details needed to operate a Job (addresses, contact details, vehicle registrations, and, for Transporters, approval documents). See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what we collect, why, and your rights.
12. Disputes
We encourage Dealers and Transporters to resolve issues directly wherever possible, since the transport contract is between you. Where that's not possible, contact our support team and we'll help facilitate a resolution — though as set out in Section 9, we're not a party to the underlying transport contract and can't guarantee a particular outcome.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify account holders directly.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data 2moveit.co.uk ("2moveit", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to Dealers, Transporters, and anyone else who uses the Platform.
1. Who we are
2moveit.co.uk is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our contact details are in Section 11 below. [Company name], registered in England & Wales, company number [XXXXXXX], registered office: [address].
2. What we collect
We collect different data depending on how you use the Platform:
- Account details — name, email address, phone number, company name, and (for Transporters) business details submitted during approval.
- Job details — collection and delivery addresses, vehicle make/model, registration, condition, and any instructions you enter when posting or responding to a Job.
- Location data — addresses and coordinates you enter or select are sent to our mapping provider (Mapbox) to calculate driving distance and show a route preview. We don't track your real-time location.
- Transporter approval documents — insurance certificates, operator licences, and identity/vehicle documents uploaded during approval.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We don't store full card numbers ourselves; we hold a record of the transaction (amount, date, status) and, for Transporters, a Stripe Connect account reference used for payouts.
- Communications — messages you send us via support, and notes attached to Jobs or disputes.
- Usage data — standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the Platform secure and working properly.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To provide the service (performance of a contract) — creating your account, posting and matching Jobs, calculating mileage, processing payments, and enabling Dealers and Transporters to contact each other about a Job.
- To vet Transporters (legitimate interests, and legal obligation where insurance/licensing checks are required) — reviewing documents before approving an account.
- To keep the Platform safe (legitimate interests) — fraud prevention, dispute handling, and enforcing our Terms & Conditions.
- To meet legal obligations (legal obligation) — such as keeping financial records for tax purposes.
- To send service updates and, where you've agreed, marketing (contract / consent) — you can opt out of marketing at any time; service updates about your own Jobs aren't optional while you have an active account.
4. Who we share it with
- The other party to a Job — a Dealer and the Transporter responding to or assigned to their Job can see the contact and address details needed to carry it out. We don't share more than is needed for that purpose.
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, including Mapbox (address lookup and mileage), Stripe (payments and payouts), and hosting/infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase).
- Professional advisers and authorities where necessary — for example, if legally required, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers (including Mapbox and Stripe) may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, or the provider's own certified compliance mechanisms.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and Job data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards to handle any disputes, comply with tax/accounting obligations, and maintain business records (typically up to 6 years).
- Transporter approval documents are kept for the duration of approval plus a reasonable retention period, then securely deleted.
- You can ask us to delete your account sooner — see Section 8 — though some records may need to be retained where we have a legal obligation to keep them.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies needed to keep you logged in and the Platform working correctly. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we'll ask for your consent first via a cookie banner, and you'll be able to change your preferences at any time.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you think we've mishandled your data
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted access to approval documents and payment records — to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep these protections current.
10. Children
The Platform is intended for business use by adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11. Contact us
Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your data, can be sent to privacy@2moveit.co.uk.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and for material changes we'll make reasonable efforts to notify account holders directly.
